 Process: Call collectorate for your respective district(s) in Goa as well as email them with your issue and IDs of employees for whom the passes are required.

The electronically generated pass is meant for Citizens facing emergent medical related situations and for Govt Employees who have been assigned Covid-19 duty. The Movement Pass is not a right. It shall be provided after detailed scrutiny and verification of documents and reasons provided by the citizen on case by case basis. In case any information submitted is found to be false, legal action under the law shall be initiated.

Process for curfew passes in Baddi- Barotiwala-Nalagarh Development Area (BBNDA) - Solan district is as follows:
  • SP Baddi will issue passes for Baddi/Barotiwala area on WhatsApp directly.
  • SDM Nalagarh will issue passes for the Nalagarh area. Detailed instructions can be viewed here.

  • All e-commerce (Delivery) companies, obtain movement passes for your essential staff and vehicles by sending an email to covid19hyd@gmail.com. Please specify details like name, vehicle number, route and employee details
  • All personnel working in factories manufacturing essential items can obtain requisite work passes from the local Police Commissioner's Office in the district where their unit is located. Basic documents like company ID & company letter are required, apart from other personal identification documents.
  • Companies to submit an application on company letterhead stating the vehicle number, and delivery staff's name

यह व्यवस्था मुख्यतः सरकार द्वारा सूचीबद्ध आवश्यक वस्तुओं एवं सेवाओं की आपूर्ति करने वाली संस्थाओं के लिए ही पास जारी करने हेतु निर्मित की गई है। विशेष परिस्थितियों में आमजन चिकित्सा सेवाएं प्राप्त करने के लिए ही आवेदन करें। आमजन द्वारा किसी अन्य सेवा हेतु आवेदन करने पर उनके विरुद्ध कार्यवाही की जा सकती है। आवश्यक वस्तुओं व सेवाओं की आपूर्ति यदि आमजन को प्राप्त नहीं हो रही हो, तो उनके द्वारा इसकी शिकायत मुख्यमंत्री हेल्पलाइन 1076 पर की जा सकती है।
